How does your pricing work?
Our goal is to have a simple and transparent pricing system. After reviewing several different models, we found that pricing based on monthly expenses closely represent complexity of the business and it is simple to calculate.
Do you charge an hourly fee if I have questions or need help?
No, we don't charge you for asking questions. We actually encourage you to ask questions. We are here to help.
How do prices change as I grow? Will my plan price keep changing every month?
While our pricing is based on monthly expenses, we are not likely to increase your price unless there is a significant change in your monthly expenses.
How should I calculate my monthly expenses? What does that include?
For pricing purposes, we generally look at monthly cash spending including payroll, operating expenses, and COGS. If you have large COGS expenditures, please contact us for a custom quote.
What is your cancellation policy? What if I prepaid for the year?
We want you to work with us because you are satisfied with our service not because you are locked into a contract. You can cancel anytime. If you are on the annual prepay plan, we will refund you for the remaining full months.
I don't want to prepay for the full year, can I pay monthly?
Prepaying annually would save you roughly one month of services versus the monthly plan. We are also less likely to increase your pricing as a result of increase in monthly expenses if you prepay. If you choose not to prepay, we do offer monthly plans.
